Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information and the estimated delivery time for your location.
Shipments
Shipments are made through standard delivery services throughout Italy and Europe. Average delivery times, from the date of consignment to the courier, are as follows:
In Italy, average delivery times are 24/48 working hours, except for remote locations or smaller islands. In the rest of Europe, average delivery times are 2 to 6 business days.
Please note that delivery times at check-out and on this page are indicative and not binding. Any delays due to force majeure or accidental events (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, holidays, breakdowns, or traffic problems) cannot be attributed to the seller. If the courier is unable to deliver due to the recipient's absence, a second attempt will be made or the shipment will be held at the relevant branch. The customer will be informed to arrange a new delivery or collection from the courier's premises.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight and destination. Any promotions or free shipping thresholds will be indicated directly on the website.
Checking the Goods Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging and its contents. In case of visible damage or tampering, it is necessary to accept the delivery with reservation and report the anomaly within 24 hours to our customer service at Atelier@evitaellis.com. In the absence of such notification, the goods will be considered correctly delivered.
